Joshua York leads the Net Lease Brokerage Division at Syndicated Equities, representing family offices, private investors, and 1031 exchange buyers in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease properties nationwide.

Josh has been directly involved in more than $200 million of completed transactions across more than 15 states, including Florida, Texas, Illinois, Georgia, Tennessee, Michigan, Minnesota, Indiana, New Jersey, Ohio, and more. He has advised clients on properties leased to nationally recognized tenants such as 7-Eleven, ALDI, Chase Bank, Chick-fil-A, CVS Pharmacy, Dollar General, Firestone Complete Auto Care, Texas Roadhouse, and others.

Josh graduated with honors from Trinity Christian College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Josh currently lives in Chicago with his wife, Haley, and their son, and is originally from Holland, MI.
