Katie Donovan joined the Syndicated Equities team in January of 2022. She graduated with honors from DePaul University, where she earned her BA in Communications & Media Studies. Katie’s primary responsibilities include assisting the net lease brokerage and acquisitions teams, marketing, business development, and investor relations. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and a member of NAIOP, YREP, ICSC, and REFF.
