Syndicated Equities Brokers Walgreens Sale in Greater Philadelphia Metro

Chicago, IL – Syndicated Equities Investment Sales Group announced today the successful sale of a single-tenant Walgreens located at in Haddon Township, New Jersey.

The asset was exclusively marketed by Josh York, Director of Net Lease Brokerage at Syndicated Equities, who also directly sourced the Buyer. The Seller was a Chicago-based family office, and the Buyer was a private investor based in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The property consists of a 14,368-square-foot freestanding Walgreens drugstore situated on approximately 1.17 acres at a signalized intersection that experienced more than 29,000 vehicles per day, approximately one mile from Route 70 (47,000+ vehicles per day), providing direct connectivity downtown Philadelphia via the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. At closing, the asset featured approximately 12 years of remaining base term under an absolute NNN lease structure and was ranked in the top 9% of drugstores nationwide by total visits, according to foot traffic data from Placer.ai.
